I can see how this is going to help a lot of people. The forms database has a lot of legal letters and documents you can freely use, although they do sell some formatted templates for nearly $10. But if you're a pretty slick Microsoft Word user, there's no need for you to pay and all you have to do is copy, paste, edit, and format. It also offers power of attorney forms for all US states, and the fact that the documents are tailored to suit different states and situations is pretty impressive. I'm sure it must have taken a lot of work.
This site tackles all things law-related, and even has a generous database of law schools, a list of 250 top US law firms, and salary listings for different legal positions. But the content doesn't just focus on the US. It also provides links to law-related sites all over the world. ILRG.com is very extensive and helpful, in my opinion.

comprehensive, but design needs work., September 12, 2007

Honestly, I was impressed with the sheer comprehensiveness of this portal. There is a legal document for every single matter you can think of. Hmm. Might come in handy if and when I decide to sue anyone. Kidding.
But while I was impressed with the usefulness and the comprehensiveness of this website, I noticed that the site looks cluttered. Yes, it’s not as cluttered as the worst of them, but this site sure could use some layout revamping.
But that aside, I believe that this website is absolutely user-friendly. With the top category being for the legal profession, then the next being for the academe, this was really thought-out well, with the practicing lawyer as the priority, then the law student as the next-in-line. Which is exactly the way the Law world works, right? Though I’m wondering if law students would be more likely to use it.
But I believe, in this niche, the presentation matters less compared to the content. So on the whole, I think this is great, especially for those needing documents, or who are in this field.
